We make every effort to provide services as per the specifications and timelines mentioned for each service or product. However, if due to any reason we are unable to deliver the service or product purchased, you may be entitled to a refund subject to the conditions outlined below.

The refund process may take a minimum of 15 (fifteen) business days and shall be credited to your bank account accordingly. We ensure that all approved refunds are handled with due care and processed at the earliest possible time.
